Make the Most of Your Pre-Assessment Paperwork:

What to Ask, How to Interpret it, and How it Can Set You Up for a Successful First Visit and Beyond

"It was above and beyond given the investment! Thank you! Very helpful!”

Lindsay Stenovec, MS, RD, CEDRD-S (she/her)
Owner of Nutrition Instincts & founder of the Intuitive Eating Moms Club

Course Description:

Deciding what information to request from clients in advance of the first session is not easy. Ask for too much, and parents may feel overwhelmed. Ask for too little, and you may find the bulk of the first sessions are taken up with collecting information that could have been requested in advance. In this practical webinar, you will be given a copy of an example intake form to adapt to your practice. Discover the rationale for each section (including but not limited to assessing parental anxiety; weight, growth and medical history; parental concerns and goals; the child and the challenge; focusing the intervention, and contracting), learn how to interpret it, and explore how to use the information to focus assessment and the intervention as a whole.
